Vegetarianism was an installation created to take a look a the publics reaction to meat, blood and intestines when presented raw and not as a meal.

A large banquet table was the center piece of the installation and was decorated in the manner of an ellobrate feast. At the center of the table was a skinned sheeps head, small plates of intestines and organs where arranged around the table which was covered in beautiful greenery.

Table runners stained with blood hung on the gallery walls accompanied by 25 gallons of blood in jars along the floor. Sounds of eating where played quietly beneath the banquet table.
